Aubrey LeBlanc, immediate past president of the Consumers Council of Canada, has been named as the first chairman of Ontario's new Condominium Management Regulatory Authority. The authority formally will take on its new responsibility to administer the Protecting Condominium Owners Act and its regulations on July 1, 2017. As such, the authority will be responsible for regulatory oversight of condominium management services.
